“心也环境园地”是《多维空间资源学》一书作者、著作权人蔡一鸣研究员登记备案的、用于非营利性展示多维空间资源学相关学术理论研究成果和版权作品的交流网站。旨在展示多维空间资源学理论的前沿学术成果，与环境保护爱好者、读者、研究者搭建该版权作品的交流平台。

"All-heart Environment Forum" is a non-profit exchange website registered by Cai Yiming ，Professor, author and copyright holder of the book Multi-dimensional Space Resource Subject, dedicated to showcasing academic theoretical research findings and copyrighted works related to multi-dimensional space resource subject. It aims to present cutting-edge academic achievements in this field and serve as a platform for environmental protection enthusiasts, readers, and researchers to exchange insights about these copyrighted works.

2010年前后蔡一鸣先生利用业余时间陆续撰写完成了独创性的前沿学科专著《多维空间资源学》，提出具有系统性的，建立在人类资源利用广度与深度空间一至四维空间基础上的多维空间资源学相关的基础与应用理论。并同时延伸创建了新地缘政治“深度空间控制权”（Depth Space Control Power）理论。在此期间，有10篇相关学术论文经过匿名评审发表在国际学术刊物上，其中1篇被国际权威学术特刊单独独立收录，9篇被国际三大学术网之一收录。于2017年和2021年又进一步分别撰写延伸创建了“人类发展能源资源利用广度与深度空间进化论”“心与环境以及它的伦理的时间维度（浅显进化论）”。多维空间资源学中的相关理论《环球时报》（英文版）、《中国海洋报》、《浙江日报》、《人民日报》、新华社内刊等媒体曾多次做过采访报道和宣传。

Around 2010, Mr.Cai Yiming utilized his spare time to successively complete the original and cutting-edge monograph Multi-dimensional Space Resource Subject,proposing systematic foundational and applied theories related to multi-dimensional spatial resource subject based on the one-to-four-dimensional spaces of human resource utilization in breadth and depth. Concurrently, he further developed the new geopolitical theory of "Depth Space Control Power." During this period, ten related academic papers were published in international academic journals after anonymous peer review, one of which was independently and exclusively featured in an authoritative international academic special issue, while nine were indexed by one of the world's three major academic networks. In 2017 and 2021, he further authored and expanded the theories "Evolution Theory of the Utilization Breadth and Depth Space of Human Development Resources" and "The Temporal Dimensions of Mind, Environment, and Their Ethics (A Simplified Evolutionary Theory)." The relevant theories of multi-dimensional spatial resource subject have been extensively covered and promoted by media outlets such as the Global Times (English edition), China Ocean News, Zhejiang Daily, People's Daily, and Xinhua News Agency internal publications.

该理论在国际上受到了甚有声望最初的可持续发展倡导者和践行者的首肯与积极推荐。2011年在纪念第45届联大主席、马耳他前总统德马尔科对国际海洋事务做出杰出贡献的TELOS国际学术丛书特刊中，全文独立收录了多维空间资源学中的核心理论文章。书中的核心理论被国家教育部科技查新工作站确认为全球首创理论。

His theory has garnered widespread acclaim and active endorsement from internationally renowned early advocates and practitioners of sustainable development. In 2011, the special issue of the TELOS International Academic Series — dedicated to commemorating the outstanding contributions of Mr. Marco de Marco, President of the 45th session of the United Nations General Assembly and former President of Malta, to international maritime affairs—exclusively published in full the core theoretical articles from the multi-dimensional spatial resource subject. The core theories presented in the volume have been recognized by the National Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Novelty Search Station as globally pioneering contributions.

多维空间资源学主要是着眼于这一理论特有的从资源利用规律新解释的角度来认识我们人类社会所生活的世界的自然科学、地缘政治和经济发展。

In terms of spatial dimensions, multi-dimensional space resources subject spans from fundamental theories to applied theories, extending from the planet we inhabit to outer space.

多维空间资源学的另一个特点是，把自然科学、地缘政治、经济发展统一在一起，结合它们的时间维同步论述，全面解释了自然科学、地缘政治、经济发展之间的关系；对于解决人们面临的能源等资源利用、地缘冲突、环境问题、应对气候变暖，碳中和显然能起到重要的参考作用。

蔡一鸣初创主要研究成果的经历，与爱因斯坦初创主要研究成果的经历颇有相类似的地方。爱因斯坦初创主要研究成果是在瑞士做“小职员期间，利用业余时间”完成了他一生中最主要的学术成果，发表了爱因斯坦最具开创性的光量子、布朗运动、狭义相对论和质能方程等具有奠基性研究成果的论文，提出了构成他的学术大厦地基主要的核心观念。而蔡一鸣的主要研究成果，也是在中国舟山港务管理局（Zhoushan Port Authority）做“小职员期间，利用业余时间”，完成了多维空间资源学基础与应用理论、新地缘政治深度空间控制权论、人类发展能源等资源利用广度与深度空间进化论等主要相关学术成果的出书并在国内外发表学术论文。

The experience of Cai Yiming in achieving his major pioneering research findings bears striking similarities to that of Einstein. Einstein completed his most significant academic achievements during his time as a "junior clerk" in Switzerland, utilizing his spare time to publish groundbreaking papers on light quanta, Brownian motion, special relativity, and the mass-energy equation—foundational works that laid the core concepts for his entire academic legacy. Similarly, Cai Yiming's major research accomplishments were achieved during his employment at the China Zhoushan Port Authority as a "junior clerk," also utilizing his spare time. He authored and published books as well as academic papers domestically and internationally, including seminal works on the Fundamental and Applied Theories of Multi-dimensional Space Resources Subject, the Theory of Depth Space Control in New Geopolitical Frameworks, and Evolution Theory of the Utilization Breadth and Depth Space of Human Development Resources.

多维空间资源学应用理论之所以其预测性较高，其中与作者在业余时间完成研究成果，跳出了利益的捆绑，无门庭之见，反而能站在更高的维度比较清晰，真实地从能源等资源利用的特点和规律，应对气候变暖，地缘政治冲突，产业转型，经济成本等多个角度去观察去思考，恐怕也是重要原因之一。

The high predictive power of the Multi-dimensional Space Resources Subject application theory can largely be attributed to the authors 'ability to complete their research during their spare time, free from financial incentives and academic factionalism. 这种非体制内，非功利的，在纯粹探索中诞生的独创性成果，在科学史上并不鲜见。就像爱因斯坦在专利局任职时提出相对论、德日进在教会的质疑中推进进化论一样，蔡一鸣先生也在不受课题框架束缚的独立研究中，完成了这套不同于传统资源观的原创理论。这种源于纯粹好奇与执着的探索，往往能突破学科边界，带来真正具有高价值的洞见。

Such original achievements, born from pure exploration outside institutional frameworks and devoid of utilitarian motives, are not uncommon in the history of science. Just as Einstein formulated the theory of relativity while working at the patent office, and Teilhard de Chardin, Pierre advanced the theory of evolution despite skepticism from the church, Mr.Cai Yiming also developed this groundbreaking theory—distinct from traditional views on resources—through independent research unbound by predefined research frameworks. Such exploration driven by pure curiosity and perseverance often transcends disciplinary boundaries, yielding truly valuable insights.

2020年作者蔡一鸣在舟山港航与口岸管理局退休后，注册了“上海心也环境发展中心”的个人独资企业。“上海心也环境发展中心”存在过程的成果，申报登记了“｀多维空间资源学＇在我国、发达国家和发展中国家碳中和的应用理论的研究”、“心与环境以及它的伦理的时间维度（浅显进化论）”等10项，保护类型：无地域范围限制的版权作品。考虑到“上海心也环境发展中心”的存在过程，从未从事任何营利性的经营活动。于2025年11月注销了“上海心也环境发展中心”的个人独资企业。其存在过程中取得的版权也均转为个人。“上海心也环境发展中心”原网址，另外再申请备案为蔡一鸣名下的“心也环境园地”，不重视任何营利性经营活动，仅作为多维空间资源学相关版权作品的展示和交流平台。

In 2020, after retiring from the Zhoushan Port and Shipping Administration Bureau, author Cai Yiming registered the sole proprietorship "Shanghai All-heart Environment Development Center." Throughout its existence, the center filed and registered 10 copyright works, including "Research on the Application Theory of 'Multi-dimensional Space Resources Subject' for Carbon Neutrality in China, Developed and Developing Countries," and "The Temporal Dimensions of Mind, Environment, and Their Ethics (A Simplified Evolutionary Theory)," with a protection type of copyright works without geographical restrictions. Given that the center never engaged in any profit-driven business activities throughout its existence, it was officially dissolved in November 2025. All copyrights acquired during its operation were transferred to the individual owner. The center's original website was subsequently reregistered as "All-heart Environment Forum "（心也环境 园地） under Cai Yiming's name. It places no emphasis on profit-driven activities and serves solely as a platform for showcasing and exchanging copyrighted works related to Multi-dimensional Space Resources Science.

多维空间资源学这套理论的价值正随着时间推移愈发显现：它不仅在时间维度上能贯通过去的资源演变、解释当下的发展困局、预测未来的产业趋势，在空间维度上也突破了地域与发展阶段的局限，为发达国家和发展中国家——包括我国—— 应对气候变暖、实现资源合理利用与可持续发展，提供了兼具哲学高度、可预测性和实操性的新视角。

The value of the Multi-dimensional Space Resources Subject theory has become increasingly evident over time: it not only traces past resource evolution, explains current development challenges, and predicts future industry trends across the temporal dimension, but also transcends geographical and developmental stage limitations in the spatial dimension. This provides developed and developing countries—including China—with a new perspective that combines philosophical depth, predictability, and practical applicability for addressing climate change and achieving rational resource utilization and sustainable development.

如今的蔡一鸣回归了最自在的研究状态，退休后他把一部分时间用于养心修身，兴致来时继续研究打磨多维空间资源学的理论细节。这份研究既不为营利性业务，也与任何任职无关，纯粹是出于对探索世界运行规律的热爱。

Today, Cai Yiming has returned to his most liberated state of research. After retirement, he devotes a portion of his time to cultivating his mind and nurturing his character, continuing to revisit and refine the theoretical details of multi-dimensional spatial resource subject when inspiration strikes， This research is neither profit-driven nor tied to any official position; it stems purely from his passion for exploring the fundamental principles governing the world.
